About South Central Group

South Central Group was founded by Sergey Kaletin, the eldest of thirteen siblings. His parents immigrated to the United States from Europe in search of a better future. From a young age, Sergey was immersed in the construction industry, working on projects ranging from residential homes to large-scale commercial buildings. He successfully ran a commercial construction company in Massachusetts before, through divine providence, relocating his family and business to Texas.

Our mission is straightforward: we aim to restore quality, reliability, and integrity to commercial construction in Central Texas. We focus on delivering comprehensive packages that simplify the process for general contractors, taking responsibility for quality, scheduling, and execution to ensure that projects are completed correctly. Our clients can count on us as a dependable partner who genuinely cares about their success.
